A Weeping Prelate

The following is a letter from an individual in Africa about what the Church in Africa and his Bishop think about the destruction going on at the Synod:

“Anyway, the bishop asked me to bring him news from the Synod as often as possible, and since I live very near the cathedral I am trying to print things and take them to him daily. So, yesterday I printed this page and he was struck by this passage from Thursday’s meeting.

‘With regard to cohabitation in certain regions, it was shown that this is often due to economic and social factors and not a form of refusal of the teachings of the Church. Often, moreover, these and other types of de facto unions are lived while conserving the wish for a Christian life, and therefore require suitable pastoral care. Similarly, while emphasising the impossibility of recognising same sex marriage, the need for a respectful and non-discriminatory approach with regard to homosexuals was in any case underlined.’

He was in the office with the Vicar-General, and he stood up and then fell down on his chair, took his hands to his head and started to weep silently. He was obviously very shaken. He said to the Vicar-General: “Oh my God, what are they doing? The people will soon get hold of declarations like these and they’ll prefer to become evangelicals or even Muslims than remain Catholic! What are they doing in Rome? Oh my God, oh my God!”

This isn’t something you see everyday.  A Catholic Bishop physically moved because he sees that the Faith and morals of the Church are being undermined and attacked. The Bishop is lamenting the fact that everyone is going to leave the Church if they don’t stop this insanity and that is just what the devil wants.

I’m reminded of this Prophecy from Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich about what I believe is this very Synod:

“I had another vision of the great tribulation. It seems to me that a concession was demanded from the clergy which could not be granted. I saw many older priests, especially one, who wept bitterly. A few younger ones were also weeping. But others, and the lukewarm among them, readily did what was demanded. It was as if people were splitting into two camps…”  ~Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich – April 12, 1820

Indeed, the Bishop is right to ask, “what are they doing in Rome?”  The answer to his question is, Freemasonry is attempting to destroy the Church.

Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich gave us many Prophecies about our time, which I will expound upon here.

Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich said that we must pray that the Church of Darkness leaves Rome.

Rome, you attack Our Lord’s Church, but you won’t be allowed the freedom to do so forever.  Freemasons, enemies of Our Lord’s Church, repent for what you are doing. Stop inflicting blows on Our Lord’s Church and repent before it is too late for you.

“The Church is completely isolated and as if completely deserted. It seems that everyone is running away. Everywhere I see great misery, hatred, treason, rancor, confusion and utter blindness. O city! O city! What is threatening thee? The storm is coming, do be watchful!…”  ~Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich – October 7, 1820

She also told us of this false religion and the schism that is looming:

“I see that when the Second Coming of Christ approaches, a bad priest will do much harm to the Church. When the time of the reign of Antichrist is near, a false religion will appear which will be opposed to the unity of God and His Church. This will cause the greatest schism the world has ever known. The nearer the time of the end, the more the darkness of Satan will spread on earth, the greater will be the number of the children of corruption, and the number of the just will correspondingly diminish…”   ~Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich – April 23, 1823

The One World Religion, Pope Francis and the Abomination of Desolation are prophesied here:

“They built a large, singular, extravagant church which was to embrace all creeds with equal rights: Evangelicals, Catholics, and all denominations, a true communion of the unholy with one shepherd and one flock. There was to be a Pope, a salaried Pope, without possessions. All was made ready, many things finished; but, in place of an altar, were only abomination and desolation. Such was the new church to be, and it was for it that he had set fire to the old one; but God designed otherwise….”   ~Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich – April 22, 1823

The Vatican is a dark world of corruption, ever more clearly seen now that this Synod is underway:

“I came to the Church of Peter and Paul (Rome) and saw a dark world of distress, confusion, and corruption, through which shone countless graces from thousands of saints who there repose…”   ~Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich – April 22, 1823

The Synod is also prophesied here:

“I saw the fatal consequences of this counterfeit church: I saw it increase; I saw heretics of all kinds flocking to the city. I saw the ever-increasing tepidity of the clergy, the circle of darkness ever widening…”  ~Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich – April 22, 1823

Here are various other Prophecies.  All Prophecies are taken from “The Life and Revelations of Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich” by the Very Reverend Carl E. Schmoger:

“My guide often takes me in spirit though all sorts of human miseries: sometimes to prisoners, sometimes to the dying, to the sick, the poor, to the homes of sin and discord.  I see bad priests, I see bad prayers, the profanation of the Sacraments and of holy things.  I see disdained by miserable creatures, the graces, the helps, the consolations, the eternal nourishment of the Most Holy Sacrament that the Lord offers them. I see them turning away, driving the Lord violently from them.  I see all the Saints in a sweet, loving readiness to help them; but lost to them are the graces poured upon them from the treasure of Christ’s merits confided to the Church.”  ~Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich February 3, 1823

“I see people ill-prepared kneeling at the Communion Table.  I see others left without consolation in the Confessional.  I see negligent priests, soiled altar ornaments.  I see the sick not consoled or receiving the holy Viaticum too late, relics disrespectfully thrown around, etc.  Then I sigh ardently to remedy these evils.  I implore God to satisfy His justice on me, to accept my good will in reparation for the faults of other weak members of the Church, and I unite my sufferings to the inexhaustible, superabundant sufferings of Christ.”  ~Bl. Anne Catherine EmmerichNovember 27, 1821

The following is a stunning vision:

“I saw in all places priests surrounded by the graces of the Church, the treasure of Christ’s merits as well as those of the saints; but they were tepid, they were dead. They taught, they preached, they offered the Holy Sacrifice most slothfully.  Then a pagan was shown me standing on a pillar and addressing a multitude below.  He spoke so feelingly of the new God of all the gods, the God of a strange people, that his hearers were seized with the same enthusiasm as himself.  I am assailed day and night by these visions, I cannot get rid of them. Present misery and decadence are always shown me side by side with past good, and I have to pray unceasingly.  Mass badly celebrated is an enormous evil.  Ah!  It is not a matter of indifference how it is said!  I have had a great vision of the mystery of Holy Mass and I have seen that whatever good has existed since creation is owing to it.  I saw the Alpha and the Omega, and how all is contained in the Omega.  I understand the significance of the circle in the spherical form of the earth and the heavenly bodies – the aureola of apparitions, and the Sacred Host.  The connection between the mysteries of the Incarnation, the Redemption, and the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass was also shown me, and I saw how Mary encompassed what the heavens themselves could not contain. These pictures extended through the whole of the Old Testament.

I saw the first sacrifice offered and the marvelous significance of holy relics when placed in the altar on which Mass is said.  I saw Adam’s bones reposing in a cavern under Mt. Calvary deep down, almost to water level, and in a straight line beneath the spot on which Jesus Christ was crucified.  I looked in and saw Adam’s skeleton entire with the exception of the right arm and foot and a part of the right side. Through the latter I could see the ribs of the left side.  In the right side lay Eve’s skull exactly in the spot whence the Lord had drawn it.  I was told that Adam and Eve’s resting place has been a point of dispute, but that they have always lain just where I saw them.  There was no mountain on this spot before the Deluge; only in consequence of that event did one appear.  The tomb was untouched by the waters.  Noe had in the Ark a portion of their remains which he laid on the altar when offering his first sacrifice.  Abraham did the same at a later period, the bones of Adam having come down to him through Sem. The bloody Sacrifice of Jesus on Calvary over the bones of Adam was a foreshadowing of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass over relics placed under the altar-stone.”  ~Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich – August 1820

Here is a stunning vision of hers on the condition of the Church:

“In Italy I saw many zealously serving God in the old, holy way, and others thoroughly bad and insolent.  At the close of this manifold labor of prayer, I had toward noon a picture of St. Peter’s which seemed to be floating above the earth in the air.  Crowds, great and small, priests and laics, women and children, yes, even old cripples, ran to support it.  I was in an agony lest the church would crush them all, for the foundations and the lower part seemed to be crumbling away; but the people put their shoulders under it and held it up.  In so doing, they all became of the same height and everyone was in his right place, the priests under the altars, laymen under the pillars, and the women under the entrance.  Still I feared that its weight would be too much for the supporters, when I saw the heavens open above it and the Saints sustaining it by their prayers and helping those below.  I was hovering and flying in the air between the two.

Then I saw the church borne forward a short distance, and a whole row of houses and palaces in front of it sank into the earth like a wheat field trodden underfoot.  The church was deposited in their place.  Then I had another picture. I saw the Blessed Virgin over the church surrounded by Apostles and Bishops, and below a grand procession and solemn ceremonies.  I saw all the bad Bishops who thought they were able to act by themselves, who received not for their labors the strength of Christ through the intercession of their saintly predecessors, driven out and replaced by others.  I saw immense blessings descending from heaven and many changes effected.  The Pope regulated everything.  I saw numbers of poor, simple-hearted men arise, many of them quite young.  I saw many aged Church dignitaries who had entered the service of bad bishops and neglected the interests of the church, now on crutches as if lame and paralyzed, led by two persons to receive pardon.”  ~Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich – August 28, 1820

There will be more of her amazing Prophecies and visions in the coming days.

Hopefully, more of the Bishops of Holy Church will come to realize the grave danger the Church is facing at the hands of Freemasonry, such as this particular weeping Bishop in Africa.
